another birthday

I don't know what my problem is but I just have not been into the blogging thing (as if you couldn't tell). I wrote about Boston's birthday so I thought I better do the same about Londynn's.
Londynn's birthday was on September 25th. I decided that I would let her have a princess birthday party. After throwing that party I have decided birthday parties are just not for me. Props to all of you that throw them because I learned how much work actually goes into a party and this was only for 4 year olds. Now I understand why my mom didn't do many parties for us growing up.
The Birthday girl!!!

Londynn is ALL girl and loves everything princess. She outgrew her other cinderella dress so we got her a new one for her birthday. I didn't realize how many sparkles were on the dress when I bought it. I now have sparkles ALL OVER my floor.

For her party we had the girls make candy necklaces, magic wands, play pin the princess on the castle, had a pinata and decorated cupcakes.

Londynn did want to be blind folded so my sister had to put her hands over her eyes. Silly girl!
The girls had troubles breaking the pinata so I had to step in.
Overall the party was a success. I'm just glad it's over.

At the age of 4 Londynn loves:

1. anything Princess and sparkly
2.wearing dresses (she would wear them everyday if I let her)
3. helping mom in the kitchen
4. going to preschool
5. playing with friends
6. going to grandpas house

We love you Londynn!!

Cute party. I'm proud of you for doing it. I stopped stressing, the kids have a great time no matter I do. I've started putting the kids in charge of stuff and they love it.

Happy Birthday Londynn. Crazy that it has been 4 years. I still think of us being pregnant together and SU and keeping our feet up on boxes to help our ankles. LOL.

How fun! Yeah, the parties are a lot of work. And expensive if you don't know where to stop with the details like me. I'm grateful that Greg wants the same party Graham had this year so I can re-use decorations at least!
